Confidentiality
Confidentiality of a Geneva private investigator
Confidential communications, restricted file access, minimal collection and reserved reporting: what we actually implement.
What we protect
Your identity, the purpose of your request, the information you provide and the conclusions of our work. These are disclosed to no third party, except where legally required or with your written agreement.
We publish no client list, no case studies and no named references. A matter handled by RAINBOWNET never becomes a commercial example.
What we implement
Access to files is limited to those working on the mandate. Sensitive exchanges use channels agreed with you. Documents are retained in a controlled manner, for a period defined when the mandate is set.
We apply minimisation: only information necessary for the purpose of the mandate is collected and retained. Data no longer needed is deleted according to the agreed policy.
Operational commitments
- A single, identified point of contact for your matter
- Document access limited to those working on the mandate
- No subcontracting without binding confidentiality obligations
- A defined and documented retention period
- Deletion of data that is no longer needed
- No use of your matter for communications purposes

What we do not promise
No system is unbreakable and no service can guarantee absolute anonymity. We do not claim unverified end-to-end encryption or absolute security.
We do commit to concrete, proportionate and verifiable measures, and we explain their limits before the mandate begins.
Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Our privacy policy sets out purposes, legal bases, retention periods and your rights. It is accessible at all times from the site footer.
Notice
Contact form and anti-robot verification
The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, used solely to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated ones. It involves technical processing by Google, described in our privacy policy. Form responses are used only to assess your request.
