Every engagement is quoted in writing. The amounts below are indicative, excluding VAT, and depend on scope, jurisdictions and the verification required.

Billing

Three fee models

The fee model follows the nature of the mandate. We do not offer success fees: remuneration must never depend on the conclusion.

01

Fixed fee

Defined scope, defined deliverable, fixed price. Suited to documentary verification, due diligence and targeted research.

02

Hourly rate

For evolving mandates or situations whose extent cannot be established in advance. A detailed timesheet accompanies every invoice.

03

Retainer

For companies, family offices and law firms with a recurring need for verification and coordination.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about fees

Confidential Consultation

Why are prices “from”?

Cost depends on the number of jurisdictions, sources and field days. The quote sets a budget ceiling before work begins.

Do you work on a success fee?

No. A fee conditional on the outcome would compromise analytical independence and raises ethical issues. We charge for the work, not the conclusion.

Are travel expenses included?

No, they are re-invoiced at actual cost with receipts. An estimate appears in the quote.

What is the minimum?

CHF 2,500 per mandate, excluding expenses. Below that, a one-off consultation may be proposed.

Is VAT applicable?

Amounts are shown excluding VAT. The VAT number is being issued; the notice will be updated once obtained.

Can I get a quote without sharing sensitive details?

Yes. The first conversation is precisely there to frame the need without sending confidential documents.
