Data is processed to assess your request, respond to you, prevent abuse and meet our legal obligations. Legal bases are, as applicable, pre-contractual measures, our legitimate interest in securing the service, and consent where required.
Recipients and transfers
Data is accessible only to those involved in handling your request. The site and form rely on technical providers (Cloudflare hosting, email delivery, reCAPTCHA Enterprise verification by Google). These providers may process data outside Switzerland and the European Union, under appropriate contractual safeguards.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to a mandate are retained for a limited period necessary for their review, then deleted. Mandate files are retained for the duration set out in the contract and under applicable legal obligations.
